Die Hard comic Fans / Fans who follow the Websites / Blogs on comics may remember this initiative taken by 4 brilliants some six months back. In fact, there were some postings and links to this particular website at that time itself. Since TCU made it’s debut much later than that, we have the news on that now only. 10 Comic Cuts 03-News 03: Anandha Vikatan - Comics Website

Welcome back to TCU & in this post we have yet another comic cuts / Comics News. This was supposed to be posted last week itself. Sorry for the delay in Posting this particular information from the Popular Tamil weekly Magazine Anandha Vikatan. In the Vikatan Varaverparai (Vikatan Welcomes), we have a link for the comics website with information. This particular website, with the base being U.S of A, is all about new age Comics which ardent Comic Fans Like M F, Dr 7 will say is not their cup of tea. This Website is run by United Media and has various features which the new age comic fans who grew up reading the DC/Gotham/Archie may go GaGa over it.

Still, Have a look into this. This is the not the worst comic site in the world. Compare this to the websites of the Lion/Muthu comics and you will see the difference in it. Am not finding fault over here. Just suggesting that we can also give a serious thought on Internet being the alternative world for the promotion of Comics.

10 Comic Cuts 02-News 02: PonVannan - Kungumam Magazine

Welcome back to TCU. In this post, we are going to read about a celebrity being our ComiRade. Most of the South Indians would have known Mr Ponvannan, Brilliant Actor / Director. What Many of us may not know is that he is a Compulsive Reader (Both Hard & soft). He has a varied set of Book collection which match with the best of the avaricious readers. Yours Trudy's DVD collection Shelf is modelled on Mr Ponvannan's Library.

There was this article on this week’s issue of Kungumam Magazine about various celebrities and their Hobbies. Amongst which, we had this:

When I looked into this on 28th July 2008, I wanted to make a posting on this. It took me such a long time to do so. Excuse me for that. The reason for this posting was to make sure that everybody should know the status of Journalism in India.
