Today we are going to read the tribute by famous cartoonist Madhan in the recently launched Tamil Fortnightly Magazine named Jannal (Samugathin Salaram), meaning Window of the Society. Most of the Editorial members are very good friends of yours truly and the content of the entire book is encouraging.
